A well-established multi-family real estate company is seeking a positive, creative, experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills to join our warm-spirited team.
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, leading a team of dedicated field associates.
Key responsibilities include:
· Develop and manage annual operating budgets
· Analyze and optimize the financial performance of properties
· Oversee capital improvement projects from planning to completion
· Build and maintain positive relationships with owners and partners
· Supervise, mentor, and train property management staff
· Develop and implement marketing strategies and resident retention plans
· Strong leasing and marketing skills are preferred.
Excels at collaborating with field associates, contractors, vendors, and others to ensure all projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven team player, capable of working effectively with associates, contractors, and vendors
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
* On-site multi-family management experience preferred
* Some construction and/or maintenance knowledge helpful
* Software systems experience, such as AppFolio, Yardi, Tenant Tech
* Licensed to operate a motor vehicle
