Who We Are
At Targa Real Estate Services, we manage communities—not just buildings. With more than 150 multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest, we pride ourselves on integrity, efficiency, and heart. Our Property Managers are leaders, problem solvers, and stewards of both people and property.
We're not here for micromanaging or red tape. We're here to support your success, back your decisions, and let you lead.
Who You Are
You're someone who runs your property like you own it. You're highly organized, naturally driven, and thrive when you're trusted to make decisions and solve problems. You’re comfortable juggling leasing, operations, people, vendors, and reporting—often all in the same hour.
Time management is your superpower. You can pivot on the fly, keep your cool under pressure, and still have your weekly reports turned in on time.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee all day-to-day operations at your assigned property (or properties)
• Lead, support, and develop your on-site team—including hiring, training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Keep occupancy up and resident satisfaction higher—prioritize retention, not just renewals
• Handle resident concerns with empathy and professionalism, following issues through to resolution
• Track rent payments, enforce lease compliance, and handle delinquencies
• Coordinate with vendors, schedule maintenance, and ensure the property is clean, safe, and up to standard
• Analyze market data to price strategically and maximize revenue
• Submit accurate reports (AR/AP, budgets, forecasts, leasing activity) on time, every time
• Partner with Regional Management to plan long-term success strategies for your property
• Conduct move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and ensure file compliance
• Use your judgment to solve problems in real time—because waiting for permission isn’t your style
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in property management (multifamily preferred)
• Strong understanding of leasing, budgeting, vendor relations, and team leadership
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital
• Natural time management and prioritization skills (seriously, this matters!)
• Proficiency in tools like RealPage, Knock, or similar platforms is a huge plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Confidence in resolving conflict and setting expectations with both residents and staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
What You’ll Get
• A team that respects your leadership and gives you room to shine
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match
• Fun quarterly teambuilding/company events, employee engagement incentives. etc
• 2 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays (including your birthday/floating holiday) and wellness time
• Opportunities to grow within a stable and expanding portfolio
• Autonomy, accountability, and the tools to make a real impact
