Portfolio Manager, Residential Operations   Columbia University is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager within the Residential Operations Department. Reporting to the Director for Residential Operations, the Portfolio Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of approximately 1,500 multifamily residential units across University-owned properties.   This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to residents while maximizing the efficient use of University resources. The Portfolio Manager will support the implementation of new strategies and processes designed to enhance work quality, productivity, and customer service.
