Description: GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY The Caleb Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager (RPM) to manage a portfolio of affordable housing developments throughout New England. This position requires travel in the New England region, which means that hiring is open to candidates located in either of these States: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine.   The RPM is responsible for management oversight, maximizing revenue, maintaining positive resident relations, implementing policies/procedures and ensuring properties are meeting key performance indicators as established by The Caleb Group. This position reports to the Director of Property Management (DPM).
