The Regional Facilities Director will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the physical condition of a portfolio of about 15-20 properties that are part of privately held portfolio of 65+ retail and industrial properties located in multiple geographic areas.  This person must have a thorough understanding of project management, mechanical systems, construction practices, preventative maintenance and governmental regulations.  This position requires a comprehensive understanding of facility operations methods and a focus on asset preservation, increasing profitability, enhancing property value and cost control.
