The ideal candidate will provide a variety of maintenance and repair services to commercial office buildings.  RESPONSIBILITIES  Proven ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually. Perform repairs, maintenance, and miscellaneous work for assigned properties, ownership, and tenants. Document work performed, including time, materials, and description. Maintain and organize tools and equipment. Follow maintenance procedures and make recommendations for improved facility maintenance. Be able to respond to emergencies during and outside of regular working hours. Other duties as assigned.
