Medical Office Experience Required – Blue Star CRE is seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations for our clients’ portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel. Responsibilities Collect monthly rents, utilities, and other payments Work with leasing agents to create and negotiate lease contracts Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.) Maintain and update property
