Occupancy Specialist - LIHTC and HUD
The Occupancy Specialist is responsible for effectively assisting the Property Manager to keep the property occupied and in compliance with program regulation(s). Specifically, the Occupancy Specialist will: Financial · Maintain accurate resident records; and · Calculate tenant rent and income as per program guidelines. Personnel · Communicate with other office personnel in a calm and professional manner.
