Ironwood is a full service commercial real estate investment firm that is focused on the acquisition, development, leasing and management of high quality, irreplaceable assets. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.  This full-time position will provide support to a Senior Property Manager and assist with various property management duties. As a new team member, you can expect hands-on training with a certified property manager in both the financial and physical aspects of property management.

Responsibilities:

• Performing property inspections
• Interfacing with tenants and vendors
• Daily interaction with team accountant
• Preparing lease commencement letters
• Managing digital and hard-copy files
• Assisting with annual budgets and yearend reconciliations
• Assisting in preparation of quarterly reports
• Tracking certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
• Generating aged receivable reports
• Lease administration
• Tracking of sales reports
• Preparing lease abstracts
• Assisting with rent collection
• Other duties as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in property management preferred, but not required
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-directed
• Strong general computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to use or be trained to use property management software
