General Summary: Through the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, we assist veteran families in securing permanent housing. The SSVF program works to maximize high-quality housing options and to access available financial resources to prevent and eliminate homelessness. With support from the SSVF Division Director, supervision from SSVF Case Management Supervisor and Service Line leadership, the Housing Navigator helps housing insecure veterans achieve housing stability through HUD Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) partnership.   This position requires housing knowledge, as well as a deep commitment to “Housing First”.
