Endeavor is seeking a Property Assistant to join our Property Management Team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist with the field activities associated with a property or group of properties
- Work with vendors (landscaping, janitorial, etc.) on day-to-day activities and special assignments
- Field, track and respond to tenant service requests in Angus software or other reporting software
- Assist manager in performing regular property inspections
- Assist manager in the development of operating and capital budgets
- Conduct initial rent collection calls
- Input leases, tenant data and invoices to create and maintain computer-based account files
- Maintain virtual lease and project files
- Maintain on-site lease and project files
- Assist with the preparation of financial and management reports as required
- Track Certificates of Insurance for Tenants and Vendors and ensure certificates are up to date
- Generate system Aged Receivables report to track and report aged items
- Prepare Lease Commencement letters for each new lease and lease amendments
- Establish, adjust and maintain lease activity on Project Summary Reports and Rent Roll Reports
- Assist in preparing and submitting Tenant Rental Coupons; Operating Expense Escalation letters and Operating Expense Recapitulation letters for each tenant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- College degree with 1+ years of commercial real estate or related experience
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer literacy and ability to work and learn in various accounting software packages
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Ability to see assigned projects to completion with little supervision and/or to maintain assigned projects independently and consistently
