Role Overview
Join our community! We’re looking for a driven, highly personable individual with a customer-first mentality to be the primary point of contact for Bungalow’s homeowners. In this role, you will create strong relationships and provide world-class support on any questions or issues relating to your accounts. All this largely impacts the lease renewal conversations and re-negotiations you will manage with your Homeowners. You will have the opportunity to help Bungalow build the best partnership with our amazing Homeowners.
What You Will Do:
- Be the Face of Bungalow Homes: You will be responsible for being the face of Bungalow to our homeowners, developing expertise in your markets, and will be the primary point of contact for each owner in your book of business.
- Relationship Management: You will build long-term relationships with these homeowners/partners, and adeptly and conscientiously assist them with issues that arise around each home.
- Creatively Problem Solve: You will own and be able to solve all inquiries and issues that come up during homeowner experience from the start of our leases through the end of their contracts, and into renewals.
- Communicate: You will communicate clearly any updates or necessary information the homeowner needs from Bungalow and that Bungalow needs to inform homeowners
- Be Proactive: You will be responsible for updating the homeowner on the condition of their home where necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, occupancy rates, payment updates, renewal approaching, etc.
- Customer Satisfaction: You are responsible for keeping current homeowners satisfied and delivering exceptional client services on a day-to-day basis.
- Contract Management Specialist: You will be responsible for Lease Agreement renewals with our homeowners as well as renegotiating current contracts to maximize company profits. From outreach to negotiation and lease signing, you will own the process from start to finish.
- Enforce Our SLAs: Firmly advocate on behalf of the Homeowners to ensure timing and quality SLAs around maintenance and other responsibilities outlined in the lease agreement are met.
- Build the Operational Framework: As a member of the Bungalow Homeowner team, you will play a key role to help build and improve our processes as well as establish documentation and procedures for which we will build the team around.
Who You Are:
- Must be located in the Austin area
- 3-4 year of account management experience.
- You enjoy building relationships and creating rapport with partners
- Firm with establishing rules and setting expectations
- Cool, calm, and collected in difficult situations
- A top-notch communicator-- both written and verbal
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible work environments
- Must be an excellent problem solver
- Hungry for a growth opportunity in a pivotal early stage startup role
- Industry-related experience preferred
