TCP Realty Services, a Commercial Real Estate Management Company is looking for a dynamic addition to our team. Our Houston office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Property Management Department.

Job Description: Assist the Property Management Department with day-to-day functions and property issues. Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating projects as well as execute other Property Administration duties as instructed.

Education:

High school diploma or higher.

Experience:

2+ years of Administrative experience and 1+ years Commercial Property experience (Retail, Office, Industrial - NOT apartments) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Good communication skills are required (verbal and written).
• Ability to resolve tenant matters with a service-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to compose, edit and proofread reports and correspondence.
• Good computer skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Sort incoming mail/Prepare overnight mailings.
• Scanning and Filing (tenant, project and vendor filing).
• Type correspondence including letters (termination letters, commencement date letters, late rent letters, subordination agreements, memos to tenants).
• Send late rent letters in accordance with policy and procedures and follow up with tenants.
• Code invoices
• Support leasing/management team in administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Personal and professional integrity are expected.
