The District of Lake Country is seeking a permanent full-time Land Agent to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, they will be responsible for providing recommendations and advice to Council on land related matters. The Land Agent provides a variety of land related services including acting as Project Manager when required for negotiations, purchase and sale of land that support the District and its projects, overseeing statutory right of ways, road dedications, expropriation, leases and covenants. The Land Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent diplomacy and interpersonal skills and be proficient in managing land-related projects with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
