The Employee Relations & People Partner will join a national HR/People team responsible for providing best-in-class support across a growing organization. This integral role is responsible for managing ER with the property management site teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in human resources, complex ER issues and is a doer, with a history of taking a hands on approach with employees.
