Maintain and develop Policies & Procedures; identify & implement Best Practices
Interface with numerous internal departments, including, finance, marketing, as well as external partners such as landlords and their representatives.
Review Operating Expense Pass Thrus & perform desk audits on Reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy or negotiate reduced fee. On larger audit issues engage & manage outside lease auditor.
Review lease insurance requirements per lease and coordinated appropriate coverage.
Manage subtenant portfolio, assume property management role for all billing & income.Data Base Management
Ensures monthly rents are paid and all leasing activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines
Database Management to include data integrity and abstracting
Manage REO, including maintaining proper documentation, perform property data searches and verify tax liabilities.
Track critical dates, such as lease options and rent escalations.
Develop reporting tools and provide data analysis for various groups: Finance, Regional reporting, Audit, Statutory Acctg, Transaction Management, etc.Project Management
Manage and Lead various projects as assignedMergers & Acquisitions
Provide database analysis to compare proposed markets to existing markets
Prepare lease abstracting of new leases to be integrated.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed business and mathematical abilities and financial knowledge
Strong analytical and problem solving expertise, including negotiating skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
