Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Process notices of intent to move out
• Ensure that all move-outs are processed promptly and final accounting is done according to company policies and complying with industry standards. Ensure that all paperwork is uploaded into Voyager in a timely manner.
• Process work orders for maintenance staff.
• Process vendor invoices
• Address and promptly resolve questions, requests, and complaints from tenants.
• Respond to emails, maintenance requests and other forms of inquiries/communication.
• Answer phones, greet guests, and respond to admin needs.
• Process collections and delinquencies.
• Manages records and files of eviction, notice & past tenants.
• Schedule approved vendors and follow up for completion of work.
• Assist the Property Supervisor in coordinating schedules for maintenance staff for occupied and vacant units.
• Assist the Property Supervisor with scheduling inspections as needed (monthly/yearly).
• Responsible for day to day maintenance work order and vendor invoice postings on Yardi Voyager..
• Must attend training sessions as scheduled. Must be able to cross train and share knowledge between other staff members.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in residential multi-family property management, administrative support, and customer service.
• Preference will be given to candidates with residential multi-family customer service and leasing experience.

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership team, peers, tenants, and vendors.
• Be customer service oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills, and maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with residents and vendors.
• Be proficient with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as basic office equipment.
• Must be able to maintain composure during stressful and emergent situations.
• Must be approachable, fair-minded and communicate with clarity while showing confidence and enthusiasm.
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.
• Must be flexible and able to multitask; can work within a fast-moving environment.
• Must possess skills to manage time effectively and be detail oriented.

Computer Skills:

• Yardi Voyager knowledge strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Other:

• Fluent in English
• Fluency in Spanish a plus
• Must pass credit and background checks
• Preference to candidates who reside in close proximity of west LA.
