Responsible for coordination and completion of all real estate transactions.
Responsible for proper filing of all real estate related tax filings.
Responsible for coordination of notification and valuation for all properties with Purdue Office of Risk Management for insurance purposes.
Oversight of the PRF Residential department staff and operations.
Coordination of all activities relating to real estate for PRF with Purdue University.
Responsible for PRF real estate closed sales, dashboard information, and results.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work closely with academic and business communities, senior business leaders, professional service providers, community leaders and University officials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Occasional availability to respond to emergency situations after normal office hours.
Regular and reliable attendance are requirements of this position.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in real estate development.
