Murry Communities is currently seeking a dynamic and talented real estate executive to join their senior leadership team. The Vice President of Murry Management Company is responsible for all property management and marketing activities, leading the property management team, developing and executing business plans, and working closely with the ownership and senior leaders to grow the business.
The successful candidate will have at least seven years of experience in real estate asset management for both commercial and/or residential assets, strong staff leadership ability, a proven record of performance meeting or exceeding specific targets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer service mindset, strong analytical ability with specific comprehension of financial statements, and the ability to maximize business opportunities and return on investment. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a current PA Real Estate Broker’s License are required. An MBA or MA in Real Estate and SIOR or CCIM designation are desirable.
