Competencies- To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Education and/or Experience - Bachelor’s degree along with Real Estate Certifications. Preferred CPM but not required.
License – Must have a Virginia Real Estate Salesman’s License or be able to achieve one within 3 months of hire.
Experience - Knowledge of property management with at least three years’ experience as a Manager.
Computer Skills – Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn other software packages.
Accounting – must have the ability to read and understand basic financial reports.
