An immediate opportunity is available for a Property Manager with New York City experience. We are looking for someone that is looking to grow with our company. The position is available immediately and requires a 3+ years' experience in NYC or Westchester County property management. We require that this individual is well organized, personable and able to communicate well with a diverse group of people.
Oversee all building operations, maintenance services and outside contractors/vendors.
Direct Contact for all resident concerns or requests.
Assist in creating and maintaining the Annual budgets for each of the properties responsible for.
Approve all purchase orders to confirm all large purchases are necessary and accounted for.
Track and approve all maintenance work orders
Implement cost saving and revenue increasing initiatives
Perform weekly quality assurance inspections for each of the buildings to ensure onsite building staff is properly maintaining the site and curb appeal is immaculate.
Answer and appropriately direct concerned owner phone calls or inquiries to the proper management department for resolution.
Update all Property Handbooks annually and create annual calendars per building.
Education: Bachelor's Degree. Additional Property management certificates are a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Yardi Voyager Property Management software knowledge is a plus.
Salary: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in property management.
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Must be a fast learner and a self-starter with the ability to problem solve.
Must be able to work independently, self-manage, and be extremely organized.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
