Liberty Property management Company is hiring an Assistant Manager/Leasing Consultant to provide our residents with best-in-class service. We are currently in need of an experienced and ambitious Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the real estate sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for salary plus commission. We offer a nice bonus structure and great work environment. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those same qualities in new hires. Some weekend work may be required from time to time.
High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising strongly preferred)
2+ years experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired
Excellent communication and closing skills
Knowledge of State of Nebraska Landlord Tenant Act & Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and AppFolio or equivalent property Management Software.
