The Senior Regional Manager position will include the supervision and oversight for a portfolio of mixed conventional and affordable multifamily communities. The portfolio size can range from 1,200 - 2,000 units. This would be a lead regional position that would work closely with the VP of Property Management in organizational strategies, setting policy and procedures and program evaluations. It is considered a fast track role that will evolve with anticipated company growth and career advancement. Business skills would include working with Microsoft office products and Yardi operations system. Proven record of team development, advanced communication skills and financial knowledge to produce budgets and monitoring of capital projects.
Requirements include the CPM designation or 90% completion. At least 3-5 years as a regional manager. 1-2 years experience in affordable multifamily. Undergraduate degree a plus.
