FCCA Land Bank Authority is seeking qualified candidates to fill two (2) positions within our organization.
Perform physical inspection of property considered for acquisition by LBA as part of due diligence process and inspection of sample size of portfolio on quarterly basis.
Manage relationships with vendors providing property maintenance and demolition vendors as well as insurance services for LBA property assets.
Review and verify accuracy of all service invoices for property maintenance and demolitioninsurance invoices for property insurance.
Review and approve/disapprove all property maintenance service reports by vendors in ePropertyPlus system.
Obtain property appraisals as needed for targeted, managed or owned property assets.
Assist Office Manager with Accounts Payable process for all vendor invoices related to property maintenance, demolition and insurance as well as payments owed to LBA for services rendered for properties owned and managed by the LBA.
Maintain property records in ePropertyPlus system to ensure records are current, accurate and comprehensive.
Generate quarterly reports summarizing activity and status of property portfolio.
Interface with Code Enforcement officials regarding any potential violations and coordinate clearing of the violations.
Coordinate issuance of Request for Qualifications for property maintenance vendors with LBA counsel, Program Director(s) and/or Executive Director.
Manage Request for Proposals for individual property maintenance bids from Qualified Vendors.
Coordinate the maintenance of all records related to maintenance of property assets.
Under general supervision, this position provides support to the Executive Director, Senior Program Director and Program Director related to the strategic initiatives of the LBA. Assists with data collection, research, analysis, data organization, digital and physical file maintenance, assistance with preparation of presentations, and other related activities that support programmatic development initiatives.
Collects, analyzes and prepares data to be used for reference in strategic planning and development as directed by the Executive Director and Program Directors.
Assists the Program Directors in developing plans for disposition and/or rehabilitation of existing properties, implementing development and redevelopment activities.
Performs research (utilizing various websites such as Fulton County Tax Commissioner, Fulton County Tax Assessor, Atlanta Regional Commission, Multiple Listing Service related to targeted or acquired parcels located in targeted areas.
Works with Access database and other information sources and platforms to assist with economic analysis of LBA activity.
Assists in maintaining physical records and files related to property transactions and various other programmatic initiatives of the LBA.
Assists in maintaining digital data property records in ePropertyPlus property and program management system.
Assists senior staff with processing proposals requesting input from the LBA.
Asset Manager Requirements:
Three years of direct experience with managing real estate assets for government or commercial entity.
Must possess a Georgia driver’s license.
Management Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Required.
Minimum one year of work experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position.
Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia ID card.
